What people say
I've had shoulder pain and impingement for over a decade. As a competitive athlete, I've always just pushed through it. Last year I was told surgery may be in my future, so I decided to proactively take my recovery further than traditional physical therapy. I was referred to Steph through a friend that sang her praises. In my first appt, she quickly uncovered imbalances throughout my musculature that were directly affecting my performance and helped correct other nagging neck pain that I'd overlooked because of my shoulder. I'll definitely be following up with Steph!

Stephania is an absolute gem. She knows what she is doing and is highly professional. She is personable, cares for her patients and goes the extra mile to assist when she can. It’s a mistake not to take her services. I had no prior experience with Osteopathy, but Steph's techniques are incredibly gentle yet extremely effective. You've made me a believer in Osteopathy!

Until I met Stephania you're blessing. Stephania only work with me for 5 weeks and I say I'm almost back to 100. I never thought I can feel normal again its been two hard years not only physically, but mentally. Within the first session I can feel the difference. I believe not only she know her craft, but she have healing power. It's a gift that you can not teach and she really care about your well being. Thank you for all the energy!!

5 stars! Being a yoga instructor and health coach I am very in tune with my health needs. I am also very picky as to who I want to work on my body. I love Steph's gentle, caring approach. She is very intuitive and is able to find small imbalances within the body to correct with treatment and corrective exercises. She's the best!

Steph understands the body so well. If I have a pain, she assesses the possible causes, and then explains why. If I have a diagnosis from a specialist or reports, she takes the time to go through it with me to help me clarify what's going on and what to do about. Her work is exceptional, I always feel better after each session.

My neck and I wish to give Stephania Humphrey an enthusiastic two thumbs up. I love her bodywork. She is a remarkable person to be offering this sensitive osteopathic treatment. As a highly trained bodyworker myself, I know really good work when I receive it. Stephania’s touch is incredibly intuitive. Her energy is a delight to be around as well. I trust her and have benefitted greatly from the sessions I have received. If you are having any structural, postural, or soft tissue issues, I recommend Stephania enthusiastically.
