Steph has over a decade of experience working as a manual osteopath and sees hundreds of patients with various complaints. She uses classical and cranial osteopathic techniques, some energy and psychotherapy modalities, such as IFS and relational somatic therapy. She is also a MindSet practitioner. To complete her holistic approach to treating the body, she places emphasis on post treatment care which includes a healthy diet and exercise plan based on the individual’s needs and goals. Stephania invests in continuing her education, working with her peers in various fields such as with DO’s Maud Nerman, Paul Lee, Ken Lossing, Mel Friedman, Energy worker Dr John Amaral, Homeopath John Melnychuk, and local Bay Area doctors and therapists in private medicine and at Stanford. Stephania strongly encourages her patients to work with a health care team. Emilie Nguyen
Manual Osteopath

Emilie graduated from the European School of Osteopathy (ESO) in England. She speaks French and English. She practices classical manual osteopathy. She uses hands-on techniques such as soft tissue work, muscle energy techniques, cranial-sacral work, mobilization, stretching, to release tensions in the body. She will listen to your full history before putting her hands on, and deciding together on a treatment plan. Emilie believes that a good osteopathic session is a partnership between the practitioner and the patient, towards the patient's full recovery journey. 

Laura Williams
​Massage Therapist

Laura is a certified massage therapist and trained Mindset practitioner. She believes caring for the whole person- body, mind, and spirit- is so important. Through intuitive, skilled touch, soft tissue manipulation, and muscle energy techniques, Laura works with the whole body in a single unique session designed to alleviate pain and create ease. She continues her training in the advanced studies of Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques, Neurokenetic Therapy, Orthobionomy, and manual Lymphatic drainage. Her work aims to restore balance to the nervous system.

Ray is an IFS-informed coach. IFS is a therapeutic intervention which allows you, the client, to see your own internal system. When you get to know the system, you can understand yourself better, unburden yourself from previous experiences, learn outdated strategies and update them to empower you to make wiser decisions. Ray's experience dominates in the financial industry, with 20 years experience as a skilled executive in financial planning and analysis. Her strong sense of ownership led her to continuously grow her spectrum of responsibilities and discovered that people create success when they are at their best. Her defining quote is "be good in the world, we're here for a short time and make the most of it and leave a positive impact".

Gaby Vega
​Nutritionist and IFBB Pro

Gaby is a professional bodybuilder, licensed nutritionist and a national championship athlete from Mexico. She has worked with thousands of clients helping them achieve their fitness and nutrition goals whilst also helping them sustain their personalized healthier exercise and diet routines. Gaby was a lead research assistant with the National Institute of Public Health (Morelos) and was part of 3 major randomized control trials on metabolic syndrome. Gaby will assess your nutritional needs, whether that is for losing or maintaining weight and will partner with you on your journey to becoming healthy and strong.

Brett Kociol
​Group Therapist

Brett is a licensed clinical psychologist and offers interpersonal groups for adults and those in transitional years (18-25). We and our kids have suffered tremendously over the last few years with our social lives greatly affected by the pandemic.
