Manual Osteopath

Steph has over a decade of experience working as a manual osteopath and sees hundreds of patients with various complaints. She uses classical and cranial osteopathic techniques, some energy and psychotherapy modalities, such as IFS and relational somatic therapy. She is also a MindSet practitioner. To complete her holistic approach to treating the body, she places emphasis on post treatment care which includes a healthy diet and exercise plan based on the individual’s needs and goals. Stephania invests in continuing her education, working with her peers in various fields such as with DO’s Maud Nerman, Paul Lee, Ken Lossing, Mel Friedman, Energy worker Dr John Amaral, Homeopath John Melnychuk, and local Bay Area doctors and therapists in private medicine and at Stanford. Stephania strongly encourages her patients to work with a health care team. A core group of highly skilled and trained specialists who work together to help achieve your optimal health.

Emilie graduated from the Institut d’ostéopathie de Rennes-Bretagne in 2016 and from the European School of Osteopathy (London, UK) in 2018, completing her 5 year program. She completed a 1 year post-grad training in Osteopathie pediatrique et perinatale from Institut Supérieur d’Ostéopathie in 2021. She speaks French and English. She practices classical manual osteopathy. She uses hands-on techniques such as soft tissue work, muscle energy techniques, cranial-sacral work, mobilization, stretching, to release tensions in the body. She will listen to your full history before putting her hands on, and deciding together on a treatment plan. Emilie believes that a good osteopathic session is a partnership between the practitioner and the patient, towards the patient's full recovery journey.

Gaby is a strength and rehabilitation coach who teaches nutrition. With over 25 years of experience as a competitive athlete, she was also a lead research assistant with the National Institute of Public Health (Morelos) and was part of 3 major randomized control trials on metabolic syndrome. She has helped many clients achieve their health goals through movement therapy and nutrition plans. Those who suffer with sugar or hormonal imbalances have seen their lab results return to normal ranges within a few months. Gaby monitors your progress in 4 specific areas; strength, mobility, endurance and pain, using movement and nutrition to bring you to optimal wellbeing.
